Oakbrook-based Advertising Sales Position:

We are currently searching for an Online Sales Manager. This person will sell and help develop advertising opportunities for our clients' search engines. The Sales Manager will partner with our clients' sales management teams, will help to define advertiser opportunities, and will develop and deliver pitches for new business. He or she will sell to a pre-determined list of current advertisers and prospects, and will create and maintain a database of these companies.

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborates with our clients' sales management to create advertising proposals.
• Sells search-based advertising programs within our clients' markets - leads will be    provided.
• Discusses online advertising opportunities with clients, both over the phone and face to   face.
• Works with marketing team to develop marketing materials.
• Evaluates current campaigns to help determine success and identify areas for   improvement.

Qualifications
• 2+ years previous online advertising, sales, or marketing experience
• 3+ years consultative sales experience
• 3+ years media business experience in account management/client services preferred
• Solid understanding of Internet advertising, benchmarks, and sales
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, sales contact management software (ACT,   GoldMine) and working knowledge of Excel

Pluses
• Telesales or Interactive agency experience
